What we collect

• Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
• Your email address — optional, only if you choose to give it.
• The property address, city, state and ZIP code of the job.
• The services you selected, property type, approximate size and any notes.
• Your preferred date and time.
• Any photos you choose to upload of the surfaces to be cleaned.

We don't ask for payment details, government IDs, or anything else we don't need to quote your job.

How we use it

Your information is used only to prepare your quote, contact you about the request, and schedule and perform the work. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Text message consent

When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text about that request. These are service messages only — not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or call us at 475-422-2181. Submitting a request also sends a notification text to our business line so we see your job right away.

How it's stored and protected

Requests are stored in a secured database that only authorized SD Powerwashing staff can access after signing in. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage — they are not publicly accessible and cannot be viewed by other customers or by anyone with a guessed link.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand which pages lead to quote requests. We never send your name, phone number, address, email, notes or photos to analytics — at most a coarse three-digit ZIP prefix.
